Ferncare: Fall 2009- Spring 2010

Ferncare will be a free medical clinic for uninsured or under insured people, 18 through 64 years of age. The vision of Ferncare is to offer medical, mental health, dental, spiritual health counseling, social work consults, community resource access and dispense generic medications. Opening date is as soon as the paperwork is in order, the building renovation is complete, and there is enough money to be open for one year. The clinic will be at 459 E. Nine Mile (the corner of E. Nine Mile and Paxton) and will be staffed by health care volunteers.
